Ronald Pigeon, Founding President of Courrier SOS, began in the field in 1975 as a biker. His reputation brought him to create his own company, Courrier SOS. In 2025, Champion Courrier and Courrier SOS merged together.

Over the years, the company has managed to grow and become the most used messaging company in Laval and on the North Shore, in addition of being one of the important players in Montreal and South Shore. Being a family business, his two sons joined the company in 2008 and 2010 respectively for Olivier and Simon. Between 2012 and 2015, Olivier went acquire experience to National Bank of Canada for three years after his university studies in the United States. He has since returned for good as the Vice President of the company.

Simon also joined the organization in addition to multiply the number of shootings on television and cinema including Les étoiles Filantes, Un été sans point ni coup sûr, Toute la Vérité, Il était une fois les boys, 1987 , and many others.
